Jeremiah 23:19
Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked

Actually Islam believes in Mahammed, and that their God Allah is the only true God.  They believe that Jesus was only a prophet and not the son of God.  They believe that their  "true Messiah"is about to appear today.

What happened years ago........Mohammed was grabbed by the throat by the "angel of light" the devil.  The devil made him his diciple.  Mohammed thought it was the angel Gabriel, but Gabriel has never been referred to as the angel of light........

The devil is the only one referred to as that..........And Gabriel would not take some one by the throat.

And America your president is an Islam and a Muslim.......thanks to you demos letting him use corruption and getting away with it.........

However, the true God is still and always will be in control........he could destroy mankind right now if he wanted to.  His power is without limit...................beware time is soon..........better seek the Lord Jesus while you have time.

Then too, if Malcom X discovery toward the end of his life that some whites might live beside him as brothers in Islam, that appeared in the future in a far off land.  I looked to see where the people would come from who were willing to work and populate this new world.

PEOPLE DO YOU NOT SEE THAT HE IS TRYING TO REMAKE AMERICA?

Quotes from Obama:
Over the last 15 months, we've traveled to every corner of the United States. I've now been in 57 states? I think one left to go.

America and Islam are not exclusive and need not be in competition. Instead, they overlap, and share common principles of justice and progress, tolerance and the dignity of all human beings

I consider it part of my responsibility as President of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam wherever they appear.

The United States has been enriched by Muslim Americans. Many other Americans have Muslims in their families or have lived in a Muslim-majority country - I know, because I am one of them

The United States is not, and never will be, at war with Islam. Obama is their Savior they think.  In Arabic Barack means "blessed".  You demos voted in the antichrist!!!!!

Dear Whirlwindflower,

I identify also as a committed follower of Jesus.  I think you should read:

Joel Richardson:  AntiChrist - Islam's awaited messiah   (Pleasant Word, 2006), and

David Pawson - The challenge of Islam to Christians .

Islam is a specific and virulent rebuttal of Christianity , a belief system of blind obedience based overwhelmingly on fear and domination rather than inclusive love.   No other religion sets itself up so directly to reject the fundamental beliefs of mainstream Christianity:  Christ as the Son of God, as man and God, as atoner for sins, crucified, dead and resurrected;  and of a triune Godhead of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Repeatedly the Koran denies ALL of these teachings, calls the trinity 'polytheism', denies that Jesus was divine, that he died at all, and that he was resurrected.    I have been re-reading some of the Koran (which like everything I annotate copiously), and am struck by how much it is exactly what you would expect from a deliberate Satanic deception - the result, as you say, of a demon grabbing Mohammed by the throat and deceiving him into believing he was visited by an angel.   Unlike the highly moral stance in the teachings of Jesus and Buddha, emphasizing truthfulness, forbearance and compassion, Islam has two teachings specifically justifying hiding the truth about its beliefs to non-believers and lying as a tactic to gain advantage.  The first is called Kithman (practised particularly by Shia) and the second is called Taqiya.   We see plenty of evidence of both in the "moderate and reasonable" statements made by Muslim spokesmen in interfaith dialogues.   Evangelism in Islam is more than just sharing the good news", it is war .  Mohammed famously said "War is deception".  By contrast, Jesus said "You are the light of the world.  A city on a hill cannot be hidden.  Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl.  Instead they put it on a stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.  In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven." (Matthew 5:14-16)

Both Christianity (and Judaism from which it came) and also Islam have theology of eschatology - to do with their different but parallel expectations about the "last days".   I have no doubt that what is driving present-day Islamism, and the policies of leaders like President Ahmadinejad of Iran, and of Al-Quaida, is a final game-plan to wipe Christians and Jews off the face of the earth.  It is absolutely in that context that you should look at Ahmadinejad's keenness to get a nuclear bomb.   Islamic theology sees the final battles - the "black flags" specifically against Jews and Christians - beginning in Iran.

Islam awaits the Mahdi - a military leader, the Caliph, who will conquer the world for Islam and wipe out Christianity as a religion and the Jews as a people .  There are remarkable parallels between Islam's expectations of the Mahdi and Christianity's theology relating to the AntiChrist.

Obama doesn't fit ANY of the criteria for identifying the AntiChrist.  Look more to the Middle East.

Physicallist, nothing I say to you would bring you around to faith. You have made your decision to live in disobedience to your better hopes and your kinder side, and as much as you grieve me by your decision, it is still your decision.

We reapect your decision but you do not respect our decision -- to know and fitly abide by the will of God. Yet you do not respect our decision to do as our consciences command.

Did you think that your religion has enough in its favor to sway us away from genuine living faith? Christians do not have a religion. Not even close! We have genuine faith and it is quite liberating.

What good will stricture and blind obedience to an outdated cult do you? We tried it your way once, Physicallist. And we found something better.

In Jesus' Name, I bid you peace.
