If you will it... it is no dream

I find that yoga, and exercise in general helps.  When I do this kick-boxing class I have, it's so crazy and hard, that I feel nothing but good at the end.  Even if I had been in a bad mood, or stressed, it makes you use your body for good, and loosens everything up.  I would sign up for some sort of class, if you can, even if it's just an hour a couple times a week.  It really helps you to feel good.

Be happy.

I love reading. It takes me away from the pressures I'm feeling in my own life. I'm currently reading 'The Book Thief' and I'd definitely recommend to anyone to read it.

There are excellent breathing exercises that reduce stress. It would also help if you took some time off and go out for a long walk. Try going to bed early with a good book. I strongly suggest a classic by Dale Carnegie, "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living." Even though it was written over 70  years ago it is still very pertinent. You will find excellent exercises at the end of almost every chapter.

I was late for work this morning, because I got stuck in Zeno's paradox

I agree with edelbuz, physical exercise is a great tension reliever. Not only will it relieve stress it also causes your body to produce endorphins, that will make you feel good. If you don't want to sign up for an exercise class, take your wife/girlfriend out dancing.

Is the comfort of Lord, GOD small within you?

Giving your problems to Lord, GOD always works for me.  When I give HIM my problems and let it go, I feel such relief.  It feels as if a load has been lifted.  Try this and see if this may help.  May Lord, GOD bless you!!!!!

I find certain scents really do help - I have a fog lamp and I put a few drops of essential oils in it - that works really well for me.  Exercise helps too - really it's just a case of finding out what

stress relief methods work for you.  Try to reduce whatever it is that is causting the stress too.  Relief helps, but prevention is better!
