In my opinion and experience some of my best relationships have been with somebody that didnt give it up for a while. At first I thought the same thing but eventually I realized it's nice to know a girl well enough before you take the relationship to the next level. So I say it depends on the people in the relationship, if both people feel it is better to get the sex out of the way first then they should do it. But in my decision stay away from sex at first it will make things better in the long run.
