Is it over?

My boyfriend and I ahve been together off and on for a year or so, (Not sure you would even call it off times, just when we argued over something, one wouldnt talk to the other for a couple weeks at a time). He's said he wants to get serious, overcome the things that keep us apart. And I want that, i even told him so. But in the last 2 months, we really havent had much conversation. He goes to school in Arizona now, and works alot. is it over?  I work full time here in California. Once a week or less, we will have a full conversation, most of the times its online, other times, i will txt him or see him online and he tells me he is busy. he has only called once in this month, and i have been teh one to make the efforts in making conversations and time for us. I almost feel like he is keeping me from his day to day life,  if not his whole life.  Is he cheating? Afraid of something? Doesnt want me anymore? I keep trying to get him to talk, but each time he does not respond I feel like i am obsessing in wanting his attentions. What do I do?

Life is lessons in love. No regrets.

There is really only one thing you can do and that is talk to him in person. You need to confront him with how you feel and find out how he feels. It's possible that the distance is what's making the relationship very hard and not that he's actually cheating. Either way, the best way to find out is to look into his eyes and see how he's really feeling. Good luck!

It seems like you currently don't have much of a relationship. I think you have nothing to lose and you should approach him the direct way. Confront him with reality and tell him that you want to clarify your status. It seems like your relationship is in a state of stagnation if not regression.

Going on the way things are now won't get you anywhere. You need to either establish this relationship or move on.

Good luck.

You are not obsessing over someone just because you are wanting to talk to them, you are just trying to make the relationship the best that it can be... but there are some things that i noticed while reading your quesion...

For example:

1) I wouldnt want to be in a realationship where you never talk with the other person.

2) Is he really want you want? Are you really wanting to be with someone that isnt going to talk to you and keeps avoiding you?

3) The relationship is not technically over, but why not? It seems to me like you should just break it off. You deserve better than someone who is going to ignore you all the time. Find someone local, long distance relationshps dont always work anyways.

-OR-

4) Maybe he really is busy... one of the times that you guys are talking, actually start talking about schedules, maybe there are better times for you guys to talk... and you might even get him to open up a bit about whether he really is avoiding you or not.

Wishing you the best of luck!

your hopes is what is keeping you in triing, save yourself the heart ache in having it spelled out for you, for the amount of time you see or have a descdent conversation with him it shouldn't be to hard to let it go and find yourself a local partner in life! good luck!
