How can you tell if your girlfriend is cheating on you? I don't want to hire a detective or anything like that. We are together for five years now. I am having suspections lately but I am not sure, before I come out with accusations I want to be 100 % sure.
Ask her. In a casual conversation, ask her if she feels that the two of you are in a commited relationship. If she wants that defined, be prepared to tell her exactly what it means to you. Then ask her again! If she bulks, she is either unsure or cheating. If she wants to know why you asked, well let her know what you have been feeling.
Go by your gut feeling.Most of the time you are right.If you have to ask that question,more than likely things started changing with her. (examples)mood swings,appearance,withdrawel,everything thing you say and do bothers her ,patterns change
Well, in my opinion, i wouldnt jump to conclusions just yet. My boyfriend thinks i cheat on him all the time, and NEVER once have I. I have a busy schedule and a lot on my mind. and maybe your girlfriend does too. so if anything, i would do what you said, dont act unless you know 100% that she is, unless its a gut feeling, because sorry to say but go with your gut instict its usely right.
you can tell if your girlfriend is cheating you by seeing if she is as into your relationship as you are. if she is always fighting with you or doing things to make you mad maybe she wants a excuse for you to break up with her so she wont have to break up with you even though it has been five years i think it would be best if you just talk about the situation that your in with her and i think she will understand.
I suggest asking her straight forward, if she gets all defensive and angry or start blaming you for not being there. Then you know!!!!!
Sorry for that, better know now than later. If she's not she would be upset a bit but nothing major.

I suggest to talk to her. Maybe it isn't true and she is worried about something else that affects her behavior? Maybe she has her own troubles?

If she does not answer her calls while she's with you - 'cause she has to keep silent. Or all of a sudden, if she does answer, she gets off very quickly (if it's the guy).
