I think he is playing games with you and trying to trick you so you need to try and play him at his own game.  Tell him that he should stop trying to make you mad and to disrespect you but make it clear that you are an easygoing person who sees the good in people and the the reason you laughed is that you would not for one minute consider that your own boyfriend would be saying those things to you unless it was a joke!
