It depends on the terms of his parole.  You need to check with his parole office and be sure that you trust this person 100% because they cannot always control their actions.

The fact that you would consider allowing this person to even breathe air in the same space as your child sends off some Red lights!  Are you nuts!  You know what this person is capible of and your willing to consider it.  I was molested as a child guess what so was my mother she knew who and that thing was and allowed him to get to her child.   You need help probally more then the sicko!

i would seriosly consider letting anyone near my kids at all if they did this. thats not an option noway.

To people like knightshade that make judgement calls without knowing the details I say not all people are sick people that just make stupid decisions that do not deserve the treatment they receive. I would be careful because I was in a similar situation and CPS got involved because I was dating someone on the sexual registry. So I would ask them what the consequences would be by allowing registered sex offender around your child. I think different states have different guidelines. There are minors in this world that are not so innocent, that do lie about there age and get men in trouble and if they had to go through the consequences just like the people that they get in trouble by lying they might change their ways. To knightshade every situation is different and who are you to make judgement calls when you dont know the details.
