On october 30 we have booked a taxi from Pitam Pura to Saket and paid this company Rs 500 in advance The Day and time of the travel is 5:30 evening 1 Nov. At 5:45 we contacted him why the taxi not reached he gave us the telephone of driver. When the driver connected he told us that he is in Dhaula Kuan and given a telephone No. of his taxi owner who is setuatated in near Airport. Now he told us that I ranged your Tel twice and it was busy at that time and I have to conform that will you pay for route from airport to pitampura and then to saket and back to pitam pura and then back to his station Airport. The distance between pitam pura to airport is to be bear by us when we booking aur taxi at Jhalak Tour & Travels pitam pura which is hardly a kilometer from our place. We arranged other mode of travel as driver had to take an hour to reach Dhaula Kuan to pitam pura.The next day when we contact Jhalak Tour & Travels the croock said the taxi was sent to saket in place of pitam pura by mistake at 4:30 only. We even had given no address of saket.And also that the driver started to aur place from dhaula kuna and returned so Jhalak Tour & Travels paid him 1200 so insted of asking us the refund of Rs500 give me the balance of 700.
