Soeeme recipes call for expresso powder, what can I use instead? I have cappachino powder will that work, or can I use coffee powder?

Espresso powder is powdered coffee beans, usually of a dark roast. You can substitute instant coffee, but you may have to experiment to find the right taste. I suggest using 1/2 the amount of espresso powder called for, and increase to taste.
