I have a rich sweet pineapple-y ham broth. I want to use it for something, but am not sure what for. I was thinking of making a potato soup except with sweet potatos. Does that sound good to anyone?Are there any economizing cooks out there with a soup or casserole recipe for sweet ham broth?
I think the sweet potato soup is a great idea. You could also do some beans with it. Another leftover recipes you could do is cook some pork chops and veggies in it.
