Ingredients:
1/2 pound Margarine
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Sugar brown
4 large Eggs
8 ounces Chocolate bar
5 cups Oatmeal dry
4 cups All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 cup Chocolate chips, semi-sweet
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
3 cups Walnuts
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix with flour,
oatmeal (Blend oatmeal in blender to a fine powder first), salt, baking powder and soda. Add
chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts, roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet, bake 8-10 minutes per sheet.
