Trying to recall a TV ad for a car. You see all the parts of a car come together in 3D to form the complete vehicle. Which one was it?

I think the car was in an desert and all the engine and body parts are floating in mid air. Just like an engineering exploded view. Then they all come together to form the complete car. Which car was that? Is there a YouTube video of the ad?
