I spent 118 dollars with a scam from Jason ...

I spent 118 dollars with a scam from Jason Williams from underground secret cash program before I even conclude the transaction I was charged $118 and it kept adding up with new offers that were a must or implied without it you could not make any money. I stopped the process there and then and asked for my account to be credited with the $118. I was told it takes two days that was in early Dec08. Still havent heard fro Jason the @#$%% What irkes me is these people get away with it and no one in government or state cares. What can I do if anything. The other part that is very funny is that when you go on the money making sites some will say jason is a crook while jason says Dan Another scammer is crook.WOW what a country!! I have no job cannot get unemployment and so I am @#$%^&* off. Does anyone know if Google tree has money making potential? Cheers and God Bless

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.

Kenen-.

Welcome to Yedda. I wish the circumstances were happier.

You are in a large group of people that have been victimized. Some speak of their situation here. BUT. I have never asked this question of anyone before. Since you have internet access, what was the reason that you did not attempt to try to obtain information about this character before you took the plunge.

Below are four sites for reporting or general info. Some I have bookmarked. The other were obtained by Googling internet scam .

I truly hope that you get his straightened out soon.

Good information above.

ALWAYS check the credibility of who you are dealing with - you would in the real world so why not in in cyberspace - I would heavily recommend never paying any money out of your own pocket on these schemes - there are loads of free ways to make money online without having to invest at all, and most of the people who are 'selling' their money making ideas are just out to make a quick buck themselves.

Opt for free ideas such as affiliate marketing and put the reasearch in to make it work - it'll be cheaper in the long run. Smile

The best way to make money online is to join an affiliate program.

Create your own website and promote the affiliate product.

I have to second Steven. After now nearly 2 years online with no prior experience at all, I have tried and failed many, many of these so called "get rich quick" and money making programs. None of them really delivered. All of them took my money. :(

Steven has got it right. Learn how to build a website or blog and start promoting affiliate programs through it. Make it valuable. That's what worked for me in the end. My one website Beach Decor is making me a consistent $250/month now, for example. Just from sale of Affiliate Products and Google Adsense.

Don't kid yourself, though; it's going to take time, and also a little bit of money (hosting, domain name).

To learn how to build a website, there is a fantastic FREE program called Affilorama where you can learn step by step how to build a website and how to monetize it. It's fantastic.

Good luck! And don't fall for any more schemes, please.

Those offers who are too good to be true usually are just that-not true. You should check the credibility of the person you are dealing with, and checking out the sites provided by Jay are a good start. If you want to earn money online, you might want to be a virtual assistant or other related jobs.

You need to be picky when joining home based business because some of them could be scams. Finding a legitimate home business opportunity really needs diligent research. You’ll need to check the background of the company, and the products and services as well.
