Go to http/www.grants.gov or visit small business development centers in your area, you can find them on line. Otherwise one becomes a broker with more rigorous licensing and education critera. There are unique state laws and regulation so check with your state government for licensing regulation. There are online schools to help with your education, again check with your state for acceptable providers.

I didn't make any money for over 6 months and then didn't make more than subsistance for the first year and that was over a decade ago. The current market offers opportunity but competition is keen.
