Brown,  Once your  lease is up, you can move anywhere you want.  Just make sure you give notice that you are moving, and clean the place up real good before you leave.  You want to make sure you get your security deposit back if you paid one.

For a state that produces so much money...isn't it just plain weird that they have no money? they did the budget they assumed they would be getting money from Real Estate but what money... as of February because when they did the budget they assumed they would be getting money from Real Estate...
