sibling dispute over property when one has joint tenant with a parent who passed but left a will stating im the benifecery and i was to divide things 50-50.he has already cleaned my dads personals out of the house and has a renter already.im not allowed on the property,he states its his.he abused my dad and my dad tod him his last wishes but he refused to follow his wish.
