The real Greasebucket or Not.

What is a greasebucket circuit? The Fender  Co. states their Highway 1 has such a circuit. However all I can see and all their spec sheet shows are disc shaped ceramic caps and resistors. To my knowledge, the term "greasebucket" was defining a capacitor cylindrical in shape, radial in design and consisting of a fill of oil and paper and or oil and foil film. Am I correct in my assumption that Fender is just using the term greasebucket even though they employ no real greasebucket caps or resistors?
