Amps = Amperes (the current). mA = mili Amperes (the current in mili amperes)..... mili is another word for 1/1000..... So 0.7 Amperes are equal to 700 mili-ampers (mulyiply Amperes by 1000 and you get the mA, or devide the mA by 1000 and you get it in Amperes).
