Let me ask this first. Did you recently see a dentist, with a long apt. where you mouth was open for a long time? That happend to me, from stretching open so long. I used vasiline it took a few days, but it worked. Even if you didn't see a dentist, try this, making sure the vasiline in applied all day and night (keeping your mouth lubricated).
