My daughter is 2 and we got her ears pierced about 2-3 weeks ago. One ear is doing fine, while the other is draining and has that crusty stuff and now she has a rash. I am wondering if the rash may befrom having her ears done. Any ideas?

Could be from that infection that she has. I would take her to the doc quite soon.
