The lowest servant in Heaven is still in Heaven.

Whoever rules in hell is still in hell, but they won't rule for long.

Per BG:
1. If He is infinitely good, what reason should we have to fear him?

Christians are not "afraid" of God. We revere Him. Look to the Scriptures for that issue: To have the "fear of God" means to be as fearless as He is. What does God fear? We should be fearless also.

2. If he is infinitely wise, why should we have doubts concerning our future?

Historically, we have noted an unsavory presence on Earth that we have come to call satan. Diabolos (Greek for "contrary") has been with us ever since before the creation of the Multiverse. Satan is an outlaw spirit, here to do as much hatred and mischief as possible to preserve the failed satanic rebellion. Wise-acres seem to think that satan is clever, but how clever does a manipulating liar have to be to get others fighting among themselves? Satan is therefore the ultimate fool: look what satan lost -- satan once knew the very presence of God, and is now a ragged fugitive, who knows only how to lie.

3. If He knows all, why 'warn' Him of our needs, and fatigue him with our prayers?

Prayer, like any other form of communication, is "to be with" another from a distance. As we face the trials of mortality, we find ourselves redeemed from our former fallen state. No one said it was supposed to be pleasant or easy, but these trials bring us back to our point of origin, and the pleasant company we left before the multiverse came into being.

4. If He is everywhere, why erect temples to Him?

You will find that cults build temples to an assortment of idols, not because they are houses of God, but because they're trying to be cutesy. However, speaking for my Church, the buildings serve a number of community functions: all these functions strengthen and humanize the community.

As though we can't see through loaded questions, allow me to ask you why you seem to object to our building churches -- so that Alateen, Alanon, AA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, FFA, 4-H, Amnesty International, and FEMA have a place to meet?
