A:

1. He is awesome--beyond our human comprehension.  It's not a "scared"-fear, but an awe-struck, reverance

2. We shouldn't have doubts... we should ultimately trust Him (and THAT is tough!)

3. Because He tells us to come to Him.  He will always know what we need, but we need to go to Him, and when we draw near to Him, He will draw near to us.  We must show a need for Him, first

4. I don't know... David did, the Babylonians destroyed one, the Greeks another (uhoh--the Maccabees... i forget.. they weren't necessarily "greeks"), the Romans destroyed one and there will be another one, someday.
