Sorry, I just came onto Yedda in September. Perhaps it is too late for this to do you any good. I have Vista. I bought Nero last year. Yes, it is compatible. I hated the program, so I unloaded it. Vista Ultimate has enough mulitmedia features and I haven't missed Nero one bit. It just works too strange. it isn't intuitive.
