It's serendipity.  I answer questions I want to answer.  27 people viewed your question, but only one of them felt like answering.

Sometimes people don't want to answer if they don't understand your question, or if it's hard to read.

By the way, I read your old question and  I think the best thing would be to find out what the number is that calls him.  It could be a bill collector that he doesn't want you to know about.

The number of answers one gets depend maily on the question itself: How interesting it is, how tough it is, how many know the answer, and if the existing answers are satisfying......  People wish to help and have some added value.....  So either you ask again or re-phrase your question.....

Look, I'm not saying that all men are cheating basterds, but once caught is enough...My view is that he should be fully ready to explain anything that comes to mind. His williness to surrender privacy should be expected. Further, I would push this issue to the point of checking on cell phone records. With time, disclosure and love, your spouce may earn his credibility again....
