Ms. Waters and her twins, Danny and Anny, want to cross from the east side of the river to the west side in a canoe. But the canoe can hold no more than 200 pounds. Ms. waters weighs 160 pounds, and Danny and Anny weigh 100 pounds each. How can all three of them reach the other side of the river in the canoe? I say, Ms. Waters goes by herself and then each child goes together. It is a Brain Booster.
Sometimes we put up walls not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.
Danny and Anny go over. Then Danny goes back and stays, while Ms. Waters crosses. Then Anny goes back (while Ms. Waters stays) and picks up Danny. They both cross together, and POOF, they are all on the other side.
