Had Any body heard of STRESS PILL Relaxane?

A client of mine from the gym recently mentioned having started to take the pill. She's said she hasn't noticed any change in her stress levels, and I reminded her that the statements attached to this pill have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug administration. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease. I think if you have a problem dealing with stress or with anxiety, you are better off learning different self-soothing strategies to deal with this problem. Best of luck.
