What kind of puppy should I buy if I want a loyal dog that likes to lick?

A beagle!!

I have a mini pincher.  He's very loyal and loves to lick.  He licks my hand when I pet him, when he is on my lap I raise him up to hug him, he puts his front paws around my neck and hugs me back and licks my cheeks.  Very lovable but a little hard headed.  He is seven years old now and still wants to use the indoors for his pottie. 

If you want a dog that loves to lick and be affecionate get a mini part jack russell and wippet dog. I have one and she is the most loving and affecionate dog I have ever had.  She hugs and cuddles with you just like a human! And sometimes even better than some "humans"...

a lab puppy would make a great puppy for u i have a 3 yr old yellow lab and he licks me in the face all the time and the black lab i had that died 3 yrs ago was the same way they r very loyal dogs

For overall loving and licking, you can't go wrong with a lab.

Get a Golden Retriver. They are loving a loyal pets

I think a yorkie... .My cousin has one and every time her dog comes by me I get licked and yorkie are big time lickers

the sweetest dog in the world full of kisses is a mini dachshund, i have 3 and they are the best little lovers and love kids.
