Yesterday's gone and Today is going fast, Tomorrow is all we have, Until it to has passed

Yes if your pulse is between 60 an 70, it very well could be. PCT in normal adult is 60 to 70, minimum of 50.

On the other hand if you are talking about saturation levels, it still could be if you have an elevated pulse rate. Saturation levels run between 90 to 100%.
