Where can i publish my site www.buddystumbler.com to spread the word around?

couple of my friends and i have create a site called buddystumbler.com

the site is focused on social networking based on IM (instant messaging). buddystumbler helps users make friends and meet people for free online chat.

we are trying to spread the word around and get the site popular. i'm trying to find sites where i could post about buddystumbler.com

i found killerstartups, businesshackers, etc. can you recommend other sites where we could publish about buddystumbler.com?
