I want to know , anything to substitute vegetables and fruits ? I can hardly get green vegetables here during winter , help me please !

Packaged frozen vegetables are an adequate substitute, especially if they are not covered in a butter or cheese sauce.
Check the freezer aisle of your local grocery store.
