LavLav and BD Lady are both right. It's best to eliminate the physical possibilities first. Some simple blood work could answer that question. Has anything in your life changed dramaticly of late? Many times when we face very large changes in our lives, loss of a job, children leaving home for the first time, death of a loved one,   we feel we have lost control which can cause depression. You also could be suffering from clinical depression, where your body is not producing the right chemicals to give you a sence of well being.  Whatever is causing you to feel this way, it's time to talk to your doctor. Many people suffer way too long with depression because they don't understand the changes it presents in their lives. Sometimes "snap out of it" just does'nt cut it. The best way to feel you have more control over your life is to address this problem head-on.  (head-on, get it LOL) I did'nt see that at first. See, live is full of funy little things that can make us laugh. All kidding aside, go get some help soon , so you can start to feel the joy in life once more. God bless Smile
