First of all, you should not be embarrassed to talk to your therapist about anything. If this is the case, then you might not be seeing the right professional. They are required to keep the doctor-patient confidentiality unless there is a very extreme situation. They could probably help you figure out the influence of the new medication that you are on as well. Try to open yourself out in order to find out the truth. You deserve to know. Best
