First of all, let me congratulate you on realizing that your old bulemic tendencies are still there and for looking for a healthier way to deal with your weight increase. I don't know if you've actually been diagnosed with and treated for bulemia, or if you just had the symptoms...? Bulemia is a very serious illness that does need to be treated with therapy. Since you seem to have recognized the need to address it in your life again, I suggest you at least find a support group to assist you. These groups have a wealth of information on managing the bulemia and can guide you through healthy weight loss. Don't do it alone! Take advantage of the group for support as your first step :) Good luck!
