If you mean the sudden anger you feel toward someone, the best thing to do is walk away and give yourself time to cool down and gain control over your heightened emotions. Nothing constructive was ever solved in the heat of an arguement. As a matter of fact, sometimes the issue at hand gets blow out of proportion and you walk away feeling defeated.
We are'nt born with self control. It is a learned behavior. Once mastered, you can replace anger with reason and leave the emotions out of the argument. Leaning self control takes a lifetime but the more you try, the better you get at it. After all, why let anyone take control of your emotions? You become way too vunerable when you let anger control you.
