I think he has a maturity problem. He chose to get married and then he acts like that, he is very immature.

All men look at and judge women, but only the nasty ones tell the women who love them all about it.  I'm sure at this point that you have already asked him to stop this, and he has ignored you.  He isn't a pervert, he is an asshole.  Nobody can decide whether or not you should stay with him.  Do you still love him?  Is this something that you can overlook?   I doubt if he will change, regardless of any action you take.  If he loved you he would never have done it in the first place.  Oh, by the way, most men masturbate, and a great many of them do it at work.
