since i am a girl will the muscles that i gain from protein look bad and manly?if i have 2 -3 teaspoons of protein with 1 glass of milk in the night , will it be right or should i have it in the morning?which is better?

protein will not make you get fat in fact eating more proten can actually help you lose weight as the body uses up more calories processing protein than it does processing carbohydrates.
there is no real advantage for you taking it at night unless you are an athlete and are training hard,
protein can help build muscle but only if you are doing the right type of weight training ( sets of 8-15 reps) otherwise it will help you recover form any exercise and also boost your immune system.
