what can i do to make my clients understand and simplify my products to my clients. i am in a the medical insurance field?

Love is the battery of life....

Hi, I am surpised no one answered you.  Try to give simple common examples (e.g: You slip in your house on a wet floor .....  here what we will be doing to assist you.....  or: You go on a business trip to the far east.  You need an urgent medical treatment, here what we do for you).  Prepare some 10 - 20 examles and that will do (to each one give a relevant example !).

Think in the most common questions your clients ask and then prepare a very simple letter or brochure with your answers. This method works very well for most complex and technical matters. Just work hard in to clear, graphic and simple answers. If your letter or brochure has more text that what you can fit in 3/4 of a letter size document with 11 point font, then you need to work your answers again.

Keep It Simple and Stupid. What do your clients want to understand? Why do they want to understand? I can answer the second question here. They want to know if a product will solve their problem. Look for the mainstream fears and misunderstandings that prevent them from buying insurance. Be a salesperson and sell your medical insurance through honest information like facts and testimonies. Remember to fill your page with keyword rich words for search engine optimization.

Just do it. A good effort goes a long way. I know you'll polish up on really being understood in the long run. A client who understands is one who trusts the content and the name of the url. medicalinsurance.com is better than 123-medical-insure.com

Also, ask or advise the potential client to buy your product. This shows that you have confidence in what you are selling.

You need to find out what the customer think's, the policy will do for them.  You as the representative must know what the contract says, and what each and every phrase means.  You must be able to explain it to your client in a language they understand.  Do not appear needy your client may think you are been pushey.  Before they sign the contract be sure to give them the option not to buy the insurance policy ask ""are you sure this is what you want to do".  Follow this methoid and you will become the top closer in your company.  Good luck and happy closing.
