You sound like you qualify to have your mortgage renegotiated or modified with your lender. This would help you significantly. In order to find out if you qualify, please call 1-800-557-1467 Ext 4. This is an A+ Accredited Loan Modification Company. Be careful, because, not all loan modification companies are legitimate. You could put yourself in an even worse situation because most of the loan modification companies don't really care and will take your money even if you are denied. 1. check with your city and county for low-income assistance programs

3. You have been through a lot - dont be shy about asking your kids or other family members for help with groceries, medical expenses etc.
