my daughter is slightly over weight and she wants to slim down own her own. what can she do that will help her loose the weight safely?

1.  Sport (Gradually !!!).
2.  Healthy balanced diet (carefully built). 
3.  No snags between meals.
4.  Lot's of water (instead of soft drinks, coffee, tea).
