Hello everybody, I applied I 360 petition before my R-1 visa expired and then I received aproval notice of I 360 after my R 1 visa expired. Now I applied for status change and with it I-131 advance parol petition and I 765 Employment Authtorization document and USCIS rejected it twice. The Rejection notice statment says, " Based on the information you prvide, your priority date could not be established." I did attach evreything asked including copy of I 360 approval notice and I couldn't figure out what they asking for. I even talked to immigration officers in Seattle and Chicago it seems no one is able to give me a clue and it is frustrating. The only thing left for me to do is find out what to write on the application where it asks my current status in US. As I mentioned above my R 1 visa has expired, I 360 approved and I 485 rejected with a possibility of re applying with proper documents. Can any one help me? Thanks Solomon
