How do you cope with: 1) memory loss, lack of focus, 2) almost debilitating exhaustion?
try getting more sleep at night.. sleep at least 8-10 hours a night.. don't drink a lot of coffee.. drink lots of water.. quit smoking if you smoke.. get a prescribed multi-vitamin that will give you energy.. take short walks early in the morning or late in the evening to relax your nerves.. don't think too much or stress over small things.. if you have to do a lot of things in a certain period write them down, have a check list.. having a check list helps you keep track as well as not stress about things that you may ahve forgotten.. if you have a lot to do ask somebody in your family to help you out.. ask for help.. don't be afraid.. it's good for the health and relationship in the family as well you know.. good luck...
