The sypmptoms you describe couls mean you're pregnant, but they can also be a false alarm before your period, because the symptoms can be very similar. It is possible to conceive while on your period.
7 months seem like forever... If you're late, I suggest you take a home pregnancy test, and make sure. Don't try before your next period is late though, because the test might not be sensitive enough before then.
