Can i get pregnant if i have sex during my period but no sperm when in?

Any unprotected sex can result in a pregnancy, at any day of the cycle, including on period.   The pre-cum is enough for a pregnancy.... How can you be sure that no sperm went in ?

if there is no sperm in your pussy then it is impossible to get pregnant.  authorities disagree on whether pre-cum contains sperm.  to be safe, go on the pill so your bf can come inside you.  it will feel a lot better for him and make him very happy
