You need to get your period in order to get pregnant.  If you aren't getting your period and you are looking to get pregnant now or any time in the future, I suggest meeting with your doctor to work this out.  Good luck to you.

If you aren't getting a period you can't get pregnant. With that being said stranger things have happened and I suggest you go see your doctor in order to understand better what's going on.

Wow. It's very sad how people can think you can't get pregnant if u don't get A period. Yes You Can get pregnant without getting a period. All you need to be doing is ovulating. AS long as you are ovulating you can get pregnant. Just because you are not getting a period does not mean you are not ovulating. You should go to your doctor and have them explain how the process works, and they will tell u like they told me I don't need a period to get pregnant, it is just easier to be able to tell your pregnant if you get a period. Good Luck 2 you.

One more thing. I am pregnant now. I just stopped taking the depo b/c shot. I was told that my periods wouldn't return for about a year but I could start back ovulating 3 months after my last shot. So I got pregnant without getting a period. What about people who have period and don't ovulate. That goes to show that u don't need a period in order to ovulate.

You mean you haven't had a period, ever?  If it is then I would say you cannot get pregnant.  But if you are of age and still not menstruating, it is best to see a doctor.  It may be a case of hormonal imbalance.
