Not pregnant

my wife is not getting pregnant, we have tried for 3-4 times.one thing while i am inserting semen inside vagina, after 20-30 mtns its coming out form vagina dont know why? one thing i want to know is it important that the penis must go inside the "cervix" and insert the semen inside the "cervix" directly.

It would be best for penis to be inserted deep into the vagina and that should increase her chances for pregnancy. If that does not work you should both see a physician.

Take a test to find out when she is ovaulating and then have sex with your penis inside of her. It does not work when you insert the semen that is called invitro in which a doctor has to perform. Keep trying a baby is a wonderful miracle. After the semen leaves body the eggs are dead.
