You are right and wrong at the same time (sounds stupid, I agree): If it's anal sex she can't get pregnant put if it's anal sex and they don't take care and only a small amount of sperm reaches somehow to the entrance (doesn't need more) and from there finds it way (flows) deeper inside (and those are the critical days) it can end with a pregnancy..... Please remember that the distance is not far..... In fact it happens much more than you would realize (it's not as a matter of once in a blue Monday)....

No, you can't get pregnant doing anal sex during your period.  You can't get pregnant doing vaginal sex during your period.  That's the safest time to  have sex.

Sounds like you need an anatomy lesson. Your anis is the portal to bowel movements and bacteria. You vaginal area to the uterous is clean. I wouldn't switch areas you can get an infection with a bacteria called E-coli .That can cause an infection in your vagina and uterous. Not a good thing to start. OUCH. Better get some education. People who don't know where babies come from shouln't be having grown up sex. Lastly, yes you can possibly get pregnant if you have your period and have vaginal sex. Sometimes, when your egg is dropped it can be dropped during your period. It is rare, but it can happen. Some peoples cycles are different. However, there is still a chance. I know it sounds icky, but if your guy isn't wearing a condom, sperm can leak, and potentionally enter your vagina. Sperm can live up to seven days inside a woman's vagina, so whether you are on your period or not may not make a difference.

Don't forget that having unprotected sex, no matter what time of the month it is, can still result in pregnancy. It is not as likely to become pregnant while on your period, but it is still possible. While one egg is on its way out, there is another one on the way. Don't take chances, and read up on periods and sex. Maybe you can educate your friends on the myth about not becoming pregnant on your period.
