I am 24 years old and still want to wait for ...

I am 24 years old and still want to wait for another 3 years to get married and have children. What are the chances of getting pregnant after 15 years of gynecological age? Also, I'm a little weak for my age, very slim physique and underweight. Would it badly affect pregnancy or cause complications?

24 is very young and you still have a lot of time.  Even if you are 27 when you get married and 30 when you have your first child, you will be fine.  Of course, there are statistics that say that the longer you wait, the more chances you have of complications with pregnancy and with the child, but they really are only referring to people who have kids past 35 or 40.  Maybe trying to gain some weight so that you aren't so slim would help you to feel better during your pregnancy... but you would be surprised how much your body adjusts and how much it does for you.  You'll be fine.  It doesn't seem like you have anything to worry about.

I agree with the other answer. At 27, your chances should be great. Getting into shape now by eating healthy and doing exercise could help. Being significantly underweight does lower your chances of conception - ask your doctor what s/he recommends.
