Is pregnancy still a risk?

I'll be 48 in March and I have not had a period for about 16 years except maybe spotting for the fisrt few, while I was on depo shots. I have not had depo shots or any other form of birth control for the last 5 years, and still no period. Is it safe to assume that I cannot get pregnant? How can I tell?

Hi,

Yes, most probably.  However I wouldn't take the risk to say it's 100% sure.
Best regards,
