Also due to such irregular periods if i am pregnant when will a HPT show POSITIVE?  I also suffer from Endometriosis which causes back pain and cramps quite a lot, which i have also been feeling a lot this month, but not sure if reading too much into it. I had an eptopic 2 years ago and so worried about it happening again. I am so deperate to be pregnant and been ttc for a year and getting myself into a right state about it, please HELP!!  Thank you.xx

FIRST, treat endometriosis; SECOND, make periods regular with normal oulation; THIRD, read below "How to get pregnant fast":

You can see pregnancy 14 days after ovulation, but the question is did you correctly identify your ovulation day.

By now you should be able to take another EPT and get more conclusive results.

If you have Endometriosis you should be watched during your pregnancy (it might even be a high risk pregnancy) so I would consult a professional anyway.
