Try and drink lots of fluids, water is best it will help with the bloated feel. The pressure you are feeling is also the uterus beginning to stretch. It also puts pressure on your colon so you need to eat plenty of fruit and veggies to keep "things moving" It gets better, simply because you get used to it.
